OUR MODEL
WHAT WE DO AND HOW WE DO IT
We invite women into relationships in a safe environment where they discover the truth about God and the truth about themselves.
EMBRACING WOMEN, SO THEY’RE ROOTED
We understand that people don’t care what you know until they know that you care, so we engage with women in our community in personal ways that allow new relationships to form organically. We create environments that allow women to know they are loved and accepted just as they are.
EDUCATING WOMEN, SO THEY’RE RESTORED
We educate women at their place of need, beginning with a personal assessment that identifies specific areas where growth is needed most. Our Bible studies, small groups, and one-on-one counseling all work together to develop the whole woman — spirit, soul, and body — helping them to heal and grow by understanding God, themselves, and others more fully.
EQUIPPING WOMEN, SO THEY’RE READY
We walk through life with women and help them become strong and courageous individuals who are prepared for whatever they will face in life. We equip them with the tools they need to flourish in freedom as women of God who take advantage of opportunities to continue to grow and make a difference in the lives of others.
MEET THE TEAM WHO HELPS MAKE THIS POSSIBLE
OUR PROGRAMS
We have a variety of programs that exist to embrace, educate, and equip women. From The Greenhouse to Change Groups in the community, we’re positioned to meet each woman we serve with her unique needs and desire to thrive.
RELAPSE PREVENTION
Our 16-week program provides one-on-one counseling to help women uncover the root causes of their addiction, leading to true healing and lasting freedom.
WORKFORCE READINESS
In partnership with Jobs for Life, we equip women with biblical principles, character development, and soft skills training over 16 sessions, helping them find and sustain meaningful employment.
BOOST-HER BAGS
Provides women in financial need with monthly distributions of essential hygiene products, offering support beyond food assistance and helping to restore dignity.
BIBLE STUDIES
